WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Singapore. We have partners who are located in Japan, HK and Shanghai, so some orders will be shipped from there.
WHAT CURRENCY IS S$?
Singapore dollar. We tossed with the idea of accepting other currencies but decided against it. If we were to accept USD, we would need to price in the exchange cost anyway and our rate may disappoint. So we leave it to the buyers to find their best rate.
AM I PAYING FOR LEGIT BOOTS?
​Absolutely. We have been in business since 2014 and had zero complaint regarding authenticity, and we would very much love to keep it that way.
HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE WHAT YOU SELL ARE THE REAL DEAL?
1. Source reliably. If we have a thread of doubt with a supplier, we walk away.
2. A strong QC. Guys at TOKYO FOOTBALL carry it out religiously. We are aware of what's at stake.
CAN I TRY THE BOOTS BEFORE BUYING THEM?
Fitting is welcome without any obligations for local customers in Singapore.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
Unfortunately no. We hate feeding greedy landlords and would rather pass on the savings to the customers and price our stuff competitively. Instead, you can drop by our warehouse (my study) after scheduling with us. Just need to note that there's no in-store browsing, so check the boots out on our website first before heading down.
